We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of referrals you have to earn. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. We reserve the right to change the offers at any time. We reserve the right to change the value of an offer at any time.

These broad terms are simply here to protect us. We are reasonable people who try to treat users of this site as we would want to be treated.

A. Membership

1. All information provided must be complete and 100% accurate when registering and must be updated in a timely manner if it becomes outdated.

2. All users must be United States residents. All addresses must be in the United States. Users residing outside the U.S. will not have items shipped to them and will not receive credit for completing any offers.

3. All users must be at least 18 years of age at the time they register their account.

4. The current home address of the user must be entered for their street address. Post Office boxes, work addresses, or other alternate addresses may not be used.

6. These terms apply to any individual site:

   1. Only one account is allowed per household or shipping address. All accounts with the same street address will be placed on hold.

   2. Only one account is allowed per IP address. If we log more than one account with the same IP address, all accounts involved will be placed on hold.

   3. One person may not have more than one account at Give It Me 4 FREE, even if they provide different shipping addresses. If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold.

7. One person may not join the site for another person or complete offers for another person's account.

8. A user may not "walk" a referral through the creation of an account or the completion of an offer. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and complete the offer process themselves. If a user is believed to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on hold. If an interested party has a disability that affects their ability to use our site they may receive assistance, but a support ticket describing the situation must be created before an offer is completed.

9. Referrals cannot be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts cannot be merged into one account.

10. Accounts cannot be deleted. If you do not want to continue after signing up, simply stop using the account.

B. Offers

1. A user must be credited for one full-credit offer to fulfill the offer requirement.

2. Users may only receive credit for first-time offer completions. If a user has previously signed up for an offer elsewhere, he or she will not receive credit on our site for completing that same offer. Completing the same offer more than once is considered offer fraud and will result in the user's account being placed on hold. A user may not complete an offer if anyone in their household has completed the offer before.

3. A user must use the same email account for completing an offer that they used to register for Give It Me 4 FREE. The user should also ensure that their browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that other software such as spyware protection and popup blockers do not prevent completed offers from being tracked and credited.

4. Even if it appears everything was done properly, there is no guarantee an offer will credit as expected.

5. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by Give It Me 4 FREE. If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliate's link, or go to the offer site by any means other then through this web site, we reserve the right not to give you credit for that offer.

6. Give It Me 4 FREE is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from one or more of our offers. Read the offer's terms and conditions before signing up.

7. Attempting to defraud an advertiser or encouraging others to defraud an advertiser are cause for placing a user on hold.

8. Violating an advertiser's terms of service is considered offer fraud and is cause for being placed on hold.

C. Products

1. Give It Me 4 FREE cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given an alternate option.

2. Users may not receive more than one prize from any individual site.

D. Orders

1. Give It Me 4 FREE is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or errors by the shipping companies.

2. If your prize is valued at $600 or more (or the total of all prizes received from us in a calendar year totals at least $600), we are required by the IRS to file a 1099 form. In order to fulfill that requirement we must get a completed W-9 form from you prior to processing the order that puts you over the limit.

3. Give It Me 4 FREE does not take returns or exchanges.

4. PayPal payments will only be sent to the email address of the user's Give It Me 4 FREE account.

5. PayPal payments will only be sent to accounts PayPal has listed as Verified.

E. Other Information

1. Referral links may not be posted where such content is not allowed, such as on craigslist.org. Doing so may result in your account being placed on hold.

2. Any user banned from Anything4Free.com, FreeiPodGuide.com, FreeLunchRoom.com, or ReferralSwapper.com may be placed on hold.

3. Give It Me 4 FREE is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason.

4. Give It Me 4 FREE is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason.
